The Zoom integration with Clinikpro enables Clinikpro to create and schedule zoom meetings, and let clients join a scheduled meeting by using the zoom’s link, which is shared by using an email. This will enable Clinikpro users to easily use Zoom.
- Therapists will be able to create zoom meetings from the calendar page or from the appointment list page.
- Clients will be able to launch into Zoom from the zoom link, which is shared to them by using an email.

- A paid Zoom account.
- A Clinikpro account.

Troubleshoot #
Not able to receive email from Zoom
If you do not receive an email or notification from Clinikpro regarding your Zoom meeting, then first check your spam folder in your mailbox, if the email is not there, then please contact Clinikpro Support at support@clinikpro.ca.
